Microsoft Offer Free Upgrade to Windows 7

For users who want to replace their Windows Vista with Windows 7, Microsoft will offer Windows 7 Update Program. All systems purchased since 1 July 2009 will be allowed to upgrade to Windows 7 with no additional cost. But not all licensed owners of Windows have the right upgrades this. In addition to have to buy a PC after a specified date, there are three conditions that must be observed:

* User must purchase a new PC that resemble Windows Vista. Windows Vista customers who purchased separately and do not get the right upgrade for free
* Only Windows Vista Home Premium, Business and Ultimate are entitled to upgrade free
* Computers must have purchased a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

There is one more very important thing, Microsoft does not require a PC to vendors participated in this program. Therefore if you want to make sure you are allowed to change to Vista when Windows 7 is released, you should first find out whether your PC vendor to support this program.(DownloadSquad)
