10 Software Most pirate in 2007

Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA) released the list of software that most of the hack-a report on the annual Anti-Piracy 2007. SIIA was founded by Ken Wasch in 1984 and now the head of the trade association for the software industry and digital content. This association has provided more than 800 software companies and IT companies with a global services in government relations, business development, corporate education, and protection of intellectual property.

A recent report said that the software the most in-hack comes from business category, the word processing software, office suits, web design software and other similar products. Here is the list:

2. Adobe Acrobat
3. Symantec PC Anywhere
4. Adobe PhotoShop
5. Autodesk AutoCAD
6. Adobe Dreamweaver
7. Roxio Easy CD / DVD Creator
8. Ipswitch WS_FTP
9. Roxio Toast Titanium
10. Nero Ultra Edition

The problems found in the largest piracy sites online auction. SIIA research shows that at least 90% of software sold on eBay is pirated applications. And below is a list of applications with the highest level of piracy on the World Wide Web:

1. Adobe Photoshop
2. Adobe Acrobat
3. Adobe Creative Suite
4. McAfee VirusScan
5. McAfee Internet Security Suite
6. Symantec Norton Anti-Virus
7. Symantec Norton pcAnywhere
8. Symantec Norton Ghost

Strangely, Microsoft Office that I think is one of the most frequently dibajak not in the lists above.

Update: turns out Microsoft applications do not appear on the lists at the top because they were not Clien SIIA.
